Biography

Myrtle Olive Bryngelson was born in Brewster, Nobles County, Minnesota on July 22, 1901.^[1]. She was reared and educated in South Dakota and moved to a farm near Dunbar, Marshall County, Iowa in 1916 with her parents and seven brothers and sisters.^[2]

On March 16, 1921 she was united in marriage to Clifford Olson in Cedar Rapids, Linn County, Iowa.^[3]Mother to seven children, Myrtle passed away on September 2, 2001 at Bickford Cottages in Marshalltown, Iowa.^[4] She rests with her husband of 70 years, at Rose Hill Memorial Gardens, Marshalltown, Iowa.^[5]
