Claudius was born in 1766 in Cambuslang near Glasgow Scotland .[1] the same town as Dr David Livingston the African Explorer.
Claudius Buchanan was a missionary to India [2][3]
He died on the 9 th of Februay 1815 in Hertfordshire, England while working on the Syriac Bible.[4][5] [6]
