I noticed that you have all of your surnames in one tag. It will work better for you if you separate them into different tags. Then, you'll be able to click each one and see a list of other people interested in those surnames as well as a list of profiles with those surnames already on WikiTree.
You'll also get notifications in your daily & weekly emails when there is activity relevant to your tags. You can find more information about them on this help page: Tags
