No clear record has been found of this family but the following children were recorded at Bolton, Conn. as children of James except that Mary is given as child of Jeams & Mary.

  3. Harvey, b. 23 Sept 1799
  4. Mary, b. 8 Oct 1801
  5. James D., b. 20 Nov 1788

A Mrs. Mary Crocker, wid., d. Randolph, Vt. 10 Nov. 1850.

Rev. Pension Records #R24921 show a James Crocker who m. Mary Buckingham, b. 1761/2, d. 1846, ae. 85 yrs., dau. of Jodediah Buckingham & Mary Haynes.

Unfererenced [sic] sources indicate she was a sister of Hon. J. P. Buckingham, and that James & Mary Crocker were the parents of a son James D. Crocker.

Based off the above information, Mary Buckingham and James Crocker have been linked as husband and wife. If more information comes to light disproving this relationship, please feel free to edit.
