Rex Buckley is Dead in South
Former Falls Man Passes at Glenferris, W. Va
Niagara Falls, Ont - Word was received by relatives here of the death last night of Rex Buckley at his home in Glenferris, West Virginia, following a few weeks' illness.
Mr. Buckley was born in this city, son of the late Philip M. Buckley and Mrs. Buckley. He was educated at the Simcoe street public school and Collegiate Institute. He graduated in engineering from the University of Toronto and for some time was employed by the Ontario Power company here. He has lived in Glenferris for some time and was employed at a chemical plant there.
Surviving is his wife, who was formerly Lillian Saunders of this city; two sons, Robert, who is attached to the United States Navy and Rex G., of Glenferris; his mother, Mrs. Buckley and one sister, Mrs. Louis Fischer, both of this city. Source: The Niagara Falls Gazette, October 2, 1942, P. 27
