Nov 9 1727, Judith Hill, born June 3 1710, daughter of Ebenezer Hill and Mary White of Mendon. Judith and Benjamin had twelve children.[1]
Aug 12, 1762, Ruth (Day) Hill. This was a second marriage for Ruth as well; she had been married for over 25 years to John Hill, Judith's cousin. Benjamin died after they were married only four years, and Ruth went on to marry two more times.[3]
