Daughter of Stephen Bullock & Patience (Paynter) Painter
Wife of Rene Julien[1]
The Juliens and Allred Families by Elizabeth Cate Maly pub 1972 says, "Mary Bullock, wife of Rene Julien, is said to have been a "great lady" of Spanish and Scottish descent, reputed to have been very wealthy and beautiful." .... it can be assumed that she and Rene both immigrated together to America from Bermuda circa 1700. See notes on her husband Rene Julian. Mary Margaret was born on the plantation island of Bermuda according to family history where Rene met and married her. The family moved on to Virginia in the new country and established themselves. She may be buried near her husband, in Old Opequon Cemetery, Kernstown, which was heavily damaged during the Civil War.
The only documentation I find was that her father was Steven Bullock and mother was Patience Paynter.
A grand daughter, Nancy Ann Julian #45350285 is buried in Tipton Co., Indiana.
Mary was born about 1675. She passed away about 1744.
