To my son George Bunch after my wife's death or marriage 200 acres to be laid off on the upper part of the land whereon I now live with the plantation whereon Benjamin Harris formerly lived. To my Son Charles Bunch after wifes death or marriage 125 acres to be laid off with the plantation whereon I now live. To daughter Judith Bunch after wife's death or marriage 100 acres lying between Camp Creek and the Creek called New Found Fork which I purchased of Roger Thomson. to daughter Mary Bunch after wife's death or marriage 124 acres in Albemarle County in a place called the North Garden. Note: According to the will of her brother, John, Lucretia married ---? Meredith
John Bunch, b. ca 1720. In his will dated Jun 8, 1774 and proved Jan 18, 1777, he names his sister Lucretia, brothers William, Samuel, David and James, and William's daughter Nanny.

This day came as well the P. by his Attorney and came also Robert Chandler and agrees to make himself a Party defendant in this suit and the said Ds say that they cannot deny the action of the P. and they do owe the P. the Sum of Twenty pounds, sixteen shilling. Therefore it is considered by Court that P recovers against the D. their debt together with their Costs. But this Judgment is to be dismissed by the payment of Ten pounds, eight shillings with Legal Interest

James Meredith agrees to make himself party to the suit, the said defendants mutually say that they cannot deny the action of the said plaintiff thereof against them, nor but that they did, the said Plaintiff having sustained damages. Ordered the said Plaintiff recover against the said defendant.

Know all men by these presents that I, James Meredith, for divers good causes, but more especially for the love and affection which I bear to my daughter, Mary Bird, do give unto her and to her heirs and assigns forever one certain bay horse about 6 years old and about 4 foot, 10 inches high, being the only horse I now possess and which I desire that she take possession of him immediately and convert him to her own proper use, as she may think proper, with all the other property I die in possession of. In witness whereof, I have hereunto set my hand and seal, this first day of July, 1800.
