Parley A. Bunting, 83, of Centralia, formerly of West Salem, died at 3:50 p.m. Monday, Oct. 10, 1994, at his home.
Funeral services will be at 1:30 p.m. Friday at Ingram Funeral Rome in West Salem with Brother Doug Rayborn officiating. Burial will be in the Little Wabash Cemetery. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday.
Bunting was born May 6, 1911 in Edwards County, the son of Alva and Lillian (Doty) Bunting. Re married Tressie Knackmuhs March 5, 1930 in Lancaster.
Re was retired from Champion Laboratories in West Salem.
He is survived by his wife, of Centralia; a son, Floyd Bunting, of Albion; a daughter, Wilma Meagher, of Centralia; a brother, Alvin Bunting, of California; a sister, Genevieve Howard, of West Salem; six grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.
Bunting was preceded in death by his parents, a son and three brothers.
