Nile J. Bunting, 84, of Albion, died September 24, 1998, in Olney.
Funeral services will be held at 1:30 p.m. Saturday in the Chapel of Ingram Funeral Home is Albion with Bro. Brad Delks officiating. Burial will be at the West Village Cemetery north of Albion. Visitation will be from 6-8 p.m. Friday at the Ingram Funeral Home in Albion.
Mr. Bunting was born July 27, 1914, the son of Smith and Alice (Judge) Bunting. He married Iva Leigh November 19, 1937, at Parkersburg.
He was an electrician and a farmer. He was a member of the West Village Christian Church.
Mr. Bunting is survived by one son, Lawrence Allen Bunting, and his wife Charlotte of New Berlin; one daughter, Carolyn Kermicle and her husband Fred of Dundas; one sister, Genevieve Robinson, of Albion; six grandchildren; three great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, and his wife Iva, who died October 3, 1997, one daughter, Nila Honn who died on June 20, 1993, two brothers Carl and Edward Bunting, and one grandchild.
