Biography
My mom was amazing. The oldest of 6 children, she married at 18, and had a career of her own for the next 16 years before 'retiring' to have children and raise her two daughters, which became her second career. She was an amazing housekeeper -- our home was always absolutely spotless. She sewed like a professional, and made all of our clothes until I went off to college. She cooked so well that even after I went to college, I would bring boys home for dinner to impress them with my mom's cooking (hoping they'd think I could cook like that!) Mom knew more about health & vitamins than anybody I knew, except maybe Aunt Doris.
