The 'source' you cite is a user generated pedigree Riaan. I have been busy searching the online sources for primary documents yesterday but as yet have only been lucky with the death notice of a not yet on WikiTree existing son. There are certainly some primary documents out there (Dorianne mentions a death certificate which should be uploaded for reference); the name Burger is abundant though so finding the relevant documents might prove difficult.
The Pienaar is possibly her son Albertus' wife and the Dorothea Maria van Jaarsveld is probably her daughter born 1847 see https://www.familysearch.org/tree/pedigree/landscape/L4QX-347. That might help your research as there are few online sources on this group.
Can anyone maybe help me on information on her death? I'm not sure, but I think she maybe adopted. According information (not proven), her death certificate shows her mothers surname as Pienaar.
