Biography

Elizabeth Burgess was born in Yarmouth on 30 Mar 1708.^[1] She married her first cousin, Samuel Burgess, son of John Burgess & Sarah Nickerson, in Yarmouth on 10 Nov 1726.^[2] Her date of death is unknown, but probably about 1732, shortly after her son Benjamin's birth, as her husband remarried in May 1733. She and Samuel had three children:^[3]

2. Thaddeus, b. 19 Mar 1728/9, d. 1767, m. int. Martha Lewis 08 Sep 1750
