Collingwood is probably a twin to Nelson Burgess.
Collingwood was born January 23, 1845 in Old Barnes, Nova Scotia. He was the son of George and Mary Burgess. His father was a Miller. He died at the age of 30 as a Bachelor on July 6, 1875 of Consumption and his brother Nelson was the death informant.
