Biography
Nancy was the daughter of John Cotlett Burgin and Eva Malinda Spake she was born in 1867 and died in 1955. [1][2][3]
Julia was first enumerated in her parents household in Cherryville, Gaston County, North Carolina in 1880 at the age of 13. Julia was enumerated as "July" Burgan and had an occupation of working on the farm. [4]
Julia married Phillip Andrew Ledford on May 13, 1895 in McDowell County, North Carolina. [5][6]
In 1900 Julia and Andrew were married and living in Montford Cove, McDowell County, North Carolina where they had four children. [7]
