Biography
Larkin was 5 years old ,living in his grandmother's household in the 1880 census of Henry ,Hanover,Virginia.[1]
He married Martha Laura Jones,May 14,1900,Hanover ,Virginia.(Her last name is spelled James in source,but is Jones.)[2] All children born to Martha Laura Jones Burnett.
He married Estelle V. Decoursey , Feb.2,1927,District of Columbia, United States[3]
Larkin passed away March 28,1944,at the age of 68,in Richmond,Virginia.[4]
