John was was born 21 March 1893 in Pensacola.[1] He died of cholera on 3 June 1893.[2][3][4]

John's baptism was performed by J. B. Baaren. His sponsors were Denis Burns and M.A.F.Lindsay. The Certificate of Baptism (prepared in 1968 by William J. Cusick) notes that John died on 2 Jun 1893. However, the death certificate records the date as 3 June 1893.
