Hannible was born May 1869 in Missouri, USA[1] the son of James Franklin Burris and Mary Jane Franklin.[2]
Hannibal was wed to Carrie Gillenwater 28 Jun 1890 in Allen, Kansas.[3] By 1910 their family had grown to include 6 children.[4]
