His will is dated 27 September 1800 and proved on 5 January 1803 in Stratford. He mentions his two daughters, Rebecca, wife of Everard Beach of New Milford, and Phebe, wife of Philo Booth, and his son Eben.[2]
His inventory was completed on 3 February 1803 in Trumbull.[3]
