Rough Notes
We believe that she lived in the area of Vernon and Coventry, Connecticut.
She married Ruben Carpenter of Coventry. She seems to have been a sister of Abigail Benton Wright, wife of Roswell Wright. The Carpenter family may have moved to upstate New Yoek after the Revolution.
An Eber Carpenter, who attended Yale and became a minister serving a parish in Maine, seems to be a grandson.
