Nellie (Burt) Lewis was born in Minnesota.

Nellie, the fourth daughter and youngest of Charles Henry Burt and Mary Baldwin was born on 4 December 1880 at Fremont, Minnesota.^[1]

Marriage and Children

Nellie married Clarence Henry Lewis (1878-1956) on 1 January 1902 at Utica, Winona, Minnesota.^[2] They had one child:

1. Hugh C. Lewis (b. 23 Jul 1916; d, 22 May 1974, Utica, MN)^[3] m. 1) 1835, Neva Mae McDougall (1922-2013); 2) 1950, Harriet Marie Smith (1921-2019); 3) 1955, Shirley Ann Leque (1939-1992)
