His widow Hannah married John Rutter on 12 March 1690 (O.S.?).[1]
Administration of John's estate was granted to his widow, Hannah Rutter, on 3 March 1692/3.[5] His inventory was taken 11 March 1692/3, and was valued at £55-5-0.[4] Guardianship of his two children, John "about six" and Sarah "about twelve" were granted to Peter King on 13 March 1692/3.[6] His estate was divided on 19 April 1693 between his widow and two children.[7]
