Biography
When Dorothy Butler was born on 25th March 1916 in Chesterfield, Derbyshire, her father, John, was 36, and her mother, Susannah, was 34. She married Laurence "Laurie" Hennessy in July 1934 in Willesden, Middlesex. They had two children during their marriage. She died on 29th May 1995 in Salisbury, Wiltshire, at the age of 79, and was buried in Kingston Upon Thames, Surrey on 8th June 1995.
