Thelma (Butler) Perpall is part of a Bahamian family.

Thelma Butler was born 27 September 1898 in Nassau, Bahamas to to Henderson Butler and Agnes Perpall Butler. She and her sister, Honora, were twins.

Thelma married Vincent Richardson Perpall, son of Charles Robert Perpall Jr. and Isora Inez Kemp Perpall, 22 June 1926, at St Matthew's Anglican Church, Nassau. They had two children, both born in Nassau: Norma Perpall and Ronald Perpall.

Thelma Butler Perpall passed away 6 October 1977 in Nassau, Bahamas at 79 years of age.
