Warriner, C&O Railway Employee, Dies CONT CONT Rufus S. Warriner, 67, for 42 years an employee of the Chesapeake and Ohio Railway, died Thursday night at a local hospital. CONT A native of Henrico County, a son of Richard S. and Virginia Woodson Warriner, he resided at 709 South Pine St. At the time of his death he was serving as a conductor, a position he had held for 20 years. He was a member of of the Brotherhood of Railway Trainmen. CONT He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Katie Butler Warriner; three sons, W.R. and R. M. Warriner, both of the Richmond Police Department; and six grandchildren. CONT Funeral services will be conducted at 4 P.M. Sunday at the Joseph W.
