Minor thing: 1533 as date of the codicil to Thomas Boteler's will (of 1523) cannot be correct as he died in 1522.

Thx

Just a minor caution, there is a child Margaret, and another Margery.

Butler-7992 and Boteler-292 are not ready to be merged because: Need additional information. Name variation and approximate date are not sussicient.

This merge was proposed again and then completed.
Butler-7992 and Boteler-292 appear to represent the same person because: Dup; premerged daughter. There's very little on Butler-7992 and I would not base the merge decision on any facts on that profile.

Butler-7992 and Boteler-292 appear to represent the same person because: They both had the same daughter Anne (Butler/Boteler) (Atherton) Starkey.

Multiple sources refer to "Baron of Warrington" - none of the holders of this barony were called to Parliament as Lord Warrington. this was a feudal barony of the County Palatinate of Lancashire.

Thomas is the 13th Great Grandfather of Queen Elizabeth II via The Queen Mum. Thomas is also my 14th Great Grandfather so that makes QEII my 14th cousins once removed. Long live the Queen!

Cicely Boteler is not attached as a child. Searched for a profile for her briefly & couldn't find one. Plantagenet Ancestry pg 716-717
Thanks for attaching Cicely!! (they need to reduce the 30 characters. Lol!)
Boteler-12 and Butler-5900 appear to represent the same person because: Same person, different spelling of last name
