William was born on June 22, 1850 in Moniteau County, Missouri and a son of Buford Bybee and Louisa Hill.William married Mary E. Sappington on September 12, 1869 in Moniteau County, Missouri. He passed away on February 3, 1895 and is buried in the Sappington Community Chapel Cemetery, south of California, Moniteau County, Missouri.[1]
