Isaac Cady Sr. was born on 25 December 1739 in Pomfret, Windham, Crown Colony of Connecticut, son of Phineas Cady (1714–1789) and Sarah (Church) Cady (<1718–1757).[1][2]
Isaac served in the American Revolution. He enlisted on 18 July 1782 and served until November 1782.[4][5]
Isaac died on 21 August 1789 in Brooklyn, Windham, Connecticut, United States, aged 49.[6] Isaac was mentioned on a memorial in South Cemetery, Pomfret, Windham County, Connecticut, United States with a death date of 1789.[7]
