Dorothée married Louis Boucher, son of François Boucher and Vénérande Girouard, on 6 Oct 1834 in Grand-Digue.[3][4] Witnesses were Placide Poirier, the groom's guardian and master(?) ("Tuteur et Maître"), Felix Caissie, the bride's father, and Dominique Caissie, the bride's bother. Their children were:
She died on 12 May 1878 and was buried two days later in Grande-Digue.[5] Her age noted in the burial record was 67 years, the wife of Louis Boucher.
