Wilma (sometimes spelled Wilmer) T Caldwell was born in Milam, Texas on 10 March 1921^[1]. He was the son of Wilmer Thomas Caldwell and Bernice Self^[2].

Death: Shot down on B26 "Pay Off" as PIC while on a mission. Received Distinguished Service Cross for his heroism.
