Biography
Owen was born about 1860. He was the son of Harvey Calkins and Louisa Smith. He was married twice according to his marriage record to Pheobe (Fannie) Barnes. It was also her second marriage. [1] He died on 1 Jul 1938 in Red River, Louisianna. [2]
