She married Richard W. Haynie/Haney on February 8, 1856 in Hancock.[2]
They lived in Illinois in the subsequent two census years of 1870 and 1880. She is not found again in census records until 1910, then a widow living with her son in Missouri.
Laura passed away on January 15, 1911 in Saint Joseph, Buchanan County, Missouri of Bright's Disease and was interred at the Ashland Cemetery.[1]
