Note: Montgomery County, North Carolina Deeds 1774 -1812 - page 292. 9 March 1839: Rich'd Stoker agent or attorney for Lucy Coleman versus Lucy Stoker, William Stoker, Henry L. [?L.] Stoker, Allen Stoker and Green Stoker, heirs at law of Elizabeth Stoker versus Elizabeth Calloway, Also Beneter Parker versus Beneter Stoker, all heirs at law of the femme covert Elizabeth Stoker, dec'd -- the said Richard Stoker, attorney and the two assigns all of the county of Montgomery and George Dry of the County of Cabarrus paid to the said Richard Stoker and Neety Parker and Edith Parker sum of $150.00 being a part of the lands belonging to the estate of Isaac Calloway deceased... [signed] Richard Stoker, Beneter Parker, Edith Parke. Witnesses David Kendall [and] Geoge Kendall.
