[?L.] Stoker, Allen Stoker and Green Stoker, heirs at law of Elizabeth Stoker versus Elizabeth Calloway, Also Beneter Parker versus Beneter Stoker, all heirs at law of the femme covert Elizabeth Stoker, dec'd -- the said Richard Stoker, attorney and the two assigns all of the county of Montgomery and George Dry of the County of Cabarrus paid to the said Richard Stoker and Neety Parker and Edith Parker sum of $150.00 being a part of the lands belonging to the estate of Isaac Calloway deceased...
