Annie Cameron was born in 1878 in Scotland, United Kingdom. She was the daughter of Ewan and Elizabeth Cameron.
She immigrated to Canada in about 1912 and started her family with Charles McKenzie in Tuxedo, Saskatchewan, Canada.
By 1916 she was living in Moosejaw, Saskatchewan with her husband, 2 children and 3 boarders. [1]

Annie McKenzie died on April 20, 1965 in Moosejaw, Saskatchewan, Canada at the age of 87 years. She was laid to rest at the Rosedale Cemetery in Moosejaw.
Funeral service for Mrs. Annie McKenzie, 87, of 1402 Ominica E , who died Tuesday, was to be held at 3:J0 p.m. Thursday in the W. J. Jones and Son Chapel. Burial was to be in Rosedale Cemetery. Mrs. McKenzie was born in Scotland and came to Canada in 1912, taking up residence in the Tuxford district. Two years later she moved to Moose Jaw. Predeceased by her husband, Charles, 1912 and one daughter, she is survived by three sons, Ewen of Glenside, and James and Hugh of Moose Jaw;-two sisters, Mrs. Mollie Cameron in Scotland and Mrs. Jean McCurdy in Ontario, and 13 grandchildren.
