Biography
Maria Campbell was born about 1806.
She married Major James Hugh McQueen of North Carolina at the Pee Dee Presbyterian Church in Marlboro, South Carolina on 29 Oct 1840.[1]
They had two children together, Anna and Isabella “Ella” McQueen.
She died on 6 Mar 1846.[2]
She is buried in Stewartsville Cemetery in Laurinburg, Scotland County, North Carolina, USA. Her tombstone reports that she was the daughter of Col. Robert Campbell of South Carolina.[3]
