When Elizabeth Stewart Campbell was born on December 22, 1734, in Tewksbury, Province of Massachusetts Bay. Her father, John Campbell was 34, and her mother, Hannah Stewart, was 24. She married Nathaniel Butterfield on March 23, 1758, in her hometown. They had nine children in 26 years. She died on February 6, 1803, in Kingsbury, New York, at the age of 68, and was buried in Washington, New York at Old Adamsville Cemeter, Adamsville, New York. Her memorial has photos and links to those of family members.[1]
