Isaiah Campbell was born in circa 1826, in Tennessee a son of Samantha "Smithy" Campbell. Isaiah is found on the United States Census of 1850, living in Boston, Franklin county, Arkansas. His 66 year old mother "Smithy" is living in the household with Isaiah, his wife, Rebecca and his two small children. ^[1]
