George Campbell was born abt 1845 in Campbell County Georgia, the son of Billy Campbell and Margaret Gault. In 1850 William and Margaret Campbell are living in Campbell County, Georgia with 8 children: Andrew (23 yrs), John (21 yrs), James (19 yrs), Nancy (16 yrs), Margarett (14 yrs), Mariah (12 yrs), Robert (10 yrs) and George W (6 yrs)[1]
