Richard’s parents travelled to the Colony of Western Australia on board the ship Clara arriving on 3 September 1853. [1][2]
Richard John Campbell was born in Perth on 29 September 1855.[3][4] He is the son of Richard Campbell and Ann Eliza Bailiff.

Rebecca died at Jarrahdale on 5 April 1928 she is buried in the Jarrahdale Cemetery. [6]

Miller (deceased), Robert, John (of Jarrahdale), Alfred Steward (of Jardie), Harold II. (of Jarrahdale, Herbert X. (of Fremantle), Hazel Frances -of Jarrahale), loving daughter of Mrs. M. A. Stewart, loving sister of Mrs. R. Larwood, Levi. Aaron, Alfred and Mrs. S Carson; aged 60 years. Peace, perfect peace.
Richard died on 13 January 1934 he is buried in the Jarrahdale Cemetery.[7][8][9]
