Biography
William Foster was born 1871, son of Foster & Elizabeth,prior to the 1871 census but absent from 1881. He died as result of Scarlet Fever,age 2 years &4 months; April 30, 1873 after a battle for 10 days Reg # 039263-73 This dreaded disease claimed his 4 year old brother Thomas 19 days earlier.
