After John’s death, she appeared to have had a relationship with Ira Ellison
There is only one Ira Ellison in 1860 census. He married Linda Sampson in 1968? They had a child:
She evidently married again after Elizabeth’s birth to a Mr. Cummings who evidently died by 1880.
She died 10 November 1923 in Mason City, Illinois. She appears to be the only person buried in Mason County with the last name of Cummings. She is buried next to a plot with her son Thomas and his 2 wives, a daughter in law Sue, a grandson David and his wife.
Note
Keziah seems to have remarried and widowed between 1860 and 1870. She had a daughter Alice whose last name is Mattson, but in her brother Thomas's obituary it indicates she is a half-sister.
There is a private ancestry.com tree based on Bible records that gives some possible clues. It eludes to a marriage in 1878 to a Cummings and a death 7 February 1904. Have attempted contact, but no response.
