Louisa was born Jan 25 1875 in Little Bay Islands, the daughter of Alban Campbell and Martha Roberts[1]. She married Samuel, the son of Abel Winsor & Elizabeth (Betty) Rice from Triton. They moved to Corner Brook.

Appears on Triton West census, age 46. Birthplace noted as Little Bay Island. Also in the household were husband Samuel (age 50), and children Ernest (22), Fred (20), Baxter (18), Arthur (16), and Gertrude (11).[4][5]
