Victor Carlisle was enumerated as son of the head of household in Lemoore and West End Townships, Kings County, California for the June 15, United States Census, 1900. He was noted as born March 1895 in Georgia and single as seen in an image of the original census. Also included in the household are head Bascom Carlisle, wife Hattie Carlisle, son Frank Carlisle, son Leroy Carlisle and son Walker Carlisle.[1]

Victor Carlisle was enumerated as son of the head of household at Township 7, Fresno County, California for the April 19, United States Census, 1910. He was noted as born 1895 in Georgia and single as seen in the image of the original census. Also included in the household are head Bascomb Carlisle, wife Hattie Carlisle, son Leroy Carlisle, son Walker Carlisle, servant Mrs. Peterson, servant's son Walter Peterson, servant's daughter Anna Peterson, servant Elsie Olander, servant's daughter Elsie Olander, boarder Axel Olander, boarder John C Robertson, boarder C Frank Adams, boarder Louis Crutchfield, boarder Emil Schulkoski, boarder Harry Johnson, boarder William B Johnson, boarder John Davis, boarder Geoffrey Sheringham, boarder Burt O Brien, boarder Frank Aspinwall and boarder William E Bailey.[2]

Victor Glenn Carlisle wed Aquilla E Renfro in Fresno County as recorded of his December 21, 1917 California Marriage. His father was listed as Anderson Carlisle and his mother Hattie Gilreath. The bride's father was noted as B F Renfro and her mother M A Clark.[3]
