Maud was the daughter of Walter Carminow, Knt.[1] and Alice Tynten.
She married John de Wilington, Knt.[1] They had issue:

IPM of Matilda Carminow: Matilda died on the 22 August 1382 and her inquisition has her name as Maud. It says that Maud who was the wife of John de Welynton held in dower 1/3 of the manor of Honychaue held of the King's manor of Bradenyche; worth yearly 3 marks 4s. 51/2 (sic). She was dowered of 1/3 of the manors of Womberleigh, Beaufforde, Ridelcombe, Stokerivers, Langgelegh, Lomene and Gydesham by John Beaumond, Thomas de Wellington, William Brightleigh and John Poulet, who were enfeoffed of the whole estate which John de Galmyngton parson of Littletoriton and Roger Boys, parson of Atherington, had therein for the life of the said John Beaumond, Thomas de Wellyngton and William Brightley. Heir not named.
