CARON, Bernard A. (Bernie) Dec. 18, 1931- Apr. 9, 2010 With heavy hearts and great sadness we announce the passing of our father, Friday, April 9, 2010, at Hotel Dieu Hospital surrounded by his family.

Beloved Pipi of 19 grand-children, 33 great grand-children, 4 great great grandchildren, and special Pipi of Trisha, Jessica, Arthur, and Marica. Predeceased by his parents Amedie (1961) and Marie Louise (1993) and former wife Patricia Ridout (1990). Dear brother of Oliver (Pam 2009), Clarence (Made-line), Alvina, Jean (Clarence 1989), Norma (Ray), Norman (1935), Clement (1994), Jerome (1998), Oscar (1995) and Rene (2002). The family would like to thank CCAC and staff of Hotel Dieu Hospital 4th Floor and the Chaplain Olivia. Mr. Caron was a devoted father and a good provider who worked many jobs over the years including Meretsky Furniture, Checker Cab, and finally retiring from CNR Railroad after 25 years of dedicated service. Bernie loved to sing, dance, read the Windsor Star, and was a wonderful story teller. He had a great sense of humour and always saw things on the brighter side. He will be sadly missed by all those who knew him and loved him. Au revoir chere papa, grandpapa, et grand grandpapa. Nous vous aimons beaucoup. Vous nous manquons, alley en paix.
