William Carpenter son of William Carpenter III (bef.1631-1703) and Priscilla (Bennett) Carpenter (1631-abt.1663) was born at Rehoboth Massachusetts 20 June 1659.[1] William married Elizabeth Robenson 8 April 1685 at Rehoboth.[2] William moved to neighboring Attleborough where he died 10 March 1718/19[3] In his 60th year
