Biography
Thomas had 2 wives: Elizabeth Page (married in West Greenwich, RI in 1727) and Mollie Ricker. It's impossible to know which wife had which children at this time as most records simply weren't kept. It's only through later notes that we discover the names of a few of his children. Carpenter, Amos B. A genealogical history of the Rehoboth branch of the Carpenter family in America, brought down from their English ancestor, John Carpenter, 1303, with many biographical notes of descendants and allied families. Amherst, Mass., Carpenter & Morehouse, 1898, P. 131.
