Deidamia Carpenter was born about December 3, 1785 in Commonwealth of Massachusetts, United States, daughter of Dr. Amos Carpenter (1755–1832) and Hannah Hunt (1757–1794).
Deidamia married David Bunker (born about July 16, 1785 in United States; son of Richard Bunker and Eunice (Mitchell) Bunker). According to their son Edwards' obituary they may have been married October 14, 1804 in Massachusetts. Their children may have been (needs research):
Deidamia's husband David died about 1848, possibly in Kane, Illinois.
In 1850, Deidamia Bunker (age 64, widowed), was living with two sons: Thomas Bunker (age 22), David H Bunker (age 19), and Mary A Logan (age 17), in Geneva, Kane, Illinois. [1]
Deidamia died about September 20, 1857 in Geneva, Kane, aged 71. She was buried in West Side Cemetery, Geneva, Kane County, Illinois, USA (plot: Block: WS, Lot: 300, Space: 6).[2]
