Sue Kirk, 87, of Fort Worth passed away Wednesday, April 23, 2008, in Terrell.

Service: 12:30 p.m. Saturday in Laurel Land Chapel of the Chimes. Interment: Laurel Land Memorial Park, Fort Worth. Visitation: 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Saturday.

Mrs. Kirk was born March 31, 1921, in Hill County to Alva and Mamie Carr. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Tom Kirk; son, Gary Brewer; sisters, Jewell LeFevre, Billie Snelson, Dorothy Patton, Eunice Frazier and Ima Harlin; and brother, Ancel Carr.

The family would like to offer a special thank-you to Karen Dinkel, whose love and care of Sue will be forever appreciated.

Survivors: Daughter, Jan Springer and husband, Chuck, of The Woodlands; grandson, Zach Springer; granddaughter, Sara Springer, both of Houston; and numerous nieces and nephews.
