DNA Connections

Brick wall alert! I have researched Rachel's parents and it just doesn't add up. Her father COULD be John William Carr, b.1729, Fayette County, PA, d. 10 January, 1792 in Westmoreland, PA. But I can't reach her mother. I thought I did in Elizabeth Cross but the math doesn't work out (married at 12? Um...I think not). Please help if you can!
